Lockdown in Switzerland -

From 13th March to 26th May 2020, Switzerland was in semi-lockdown. Since 27th May, deconfinement has gradually been put in place. Social distancing measures and the recommendation to wear masks remain in force.

The reopening of cultural places has taken place in stages. Worth noting:

  • Cultural events of max 300 people can take place subject to adequate sanitary measures.
  • As announced on 04.29.2020, all demonstrations of over 1,000 people are prohibited until 30th August.The next decision on these matters is expected to be made on 24th June 2020.
  • The borders with France, Germany and Austria will be fully reopened on 15th June 2020.
